Who we are

New Look Interiors is headed up by an ownership duo with a vast knowledge and experience in the residential construction industry spanning many decades each. From Design and construction of luxury custom homes to your interior or exterior makeover, they have done it all. New Look Interiors is part of BDH Group, a family of companies here in town. Along with Belledune Homes, and Countertops North, we connect design, construction, and custom surfaces under one integrated team. Each company brings its own expertise, while working closely with the others to create a seamless experience from the first idea to the final detail.
From vision to structure to surface, we build it together.

We have several other staff that make your project possible. Whether its demo, framing, or siding, the production team, led by Dave Eddy, comes in to keep things moving toward the finishing stage.

Our trade group has grown with our companies over many years. We have an excellent working relationship with some of the best electricians, plumbers, mechanical contractors, painters, abatement contractors, and others. This highly skilled group get your project up to code, make it safe and warm, and help us transform your home into something to brag about.

Meet Jody, the Bawse. Jody works with our clients to complete architectural design, project costing, product selection, and trouble shooting.

Jody has over 30 years experiene in the residential construction industry. She has been a door and window guru, builder, designer, realtor, and more. She leads the retail operations for New Look Interiors. Jody is also the lead on the pre-construction process for renovation projects at New Look Interiors and new home construction projects for sister company Belledune Homes.

Common Questions

Are you connected to Belledune Homes and Countertops North?

Yes, they are our sister companies. We are all part of BDH Group, a family owned company right here in Prince George. We design your space, Countertops North handles all your countertop needs, and Belledune Homes does all your builds. Same family, same project, so you only ever have one team to call.

Can I just buy products from you without a full renovation?

Absolutely, supply only is always an option. Cabinets, tile, flooring, fixtures, hardware, whatever you need for your project, you are welcome to buy it on its own. Come see what we have. Our designers are happy to help you find the perfect product for your home.

Do you work outside Prince George?

We supply throughout northern BC. For renovation and installation work, we travel up to 150 kilometres from Prince George. Anything beyond 30 kilometres has travel time and charges added to the quote, and we will tell you what that comes to before you commit to anything.

Where is your showroom and do I need an appointment?

Our showroom is at 12E-1839 1st Avenue in Prince George. You are welcome to walk in during business hours and a designer will be happy to help you. Booking ahead means a designer has time set aside for you, which is useful if you want to sit down and go through a project in detail.

Do you offer financing?

We do, through our financing partner, and you can apply here. If you own your home, it is worth talking to your bank about a line of credit first. The terms are usually better. We would rather you got the better deal.

What happens at a first consultation?

Our initial meeting’s main goal is to understand your needs. We show you around the showroom and give you a feel for what is possible. Then we want to hear about your place, what you have been imagining, what you are hoping to spend. Bring photos, measurements, or nothing at all. The more we understand, the better for you as it helps us put together a fixed price quote that actually fits what you want.
