Whether you’re starting with a blank wall or giving an existing fireplace a fresh look, we are here for you. We install new gas, electric, and wood fireplaces, and we also redesign existing fireplace areas when the fireplace itself is still worth keeping. That might mean updating the tile or stone, adding a new mantel, reworking the surround, or creating built-ins to make the whole wall feel more intentional. Our team takes care of the project from the work behind the wall to the finished details, including fireplace installation, framing, venting, surrounds, and finish work. You don’t have to piece together different contractors to get it done.
If you want a completely new fireplace, or you just want the one you have to feel like it belongs in your home, come talk to us. We’ll help you figure out what’s possible.
From the perfect custom idea, to a practical but solidly built one with components that are off the shelf, we have you covered. Come down to our showroom and we will get you started on your dream space.

Common Questions
Do not see your question? Call us at 250-561-1888 or come by the showroom. We are happy to walk you through it.
Do you install fireplaces, or just supply them?
We do both. If you pick out a fireplace with us, our team takes care of the installation from start to finish. And if you already have a fireplace you are happy with and just want to change the area around it, we can do that too.
Can I add a fireplace to a room that does not have one?
Absolutely we can do that. We’re renovators, so adding a fireplace where there wasn’t one is our speciality. The right solution just depends on your space, the wall you’re thinking about, and whether a gas or electric fireplace makes the most sense. Send us a few photos of the room and we can walk you through what would work best.
When should I choose a gas fireplace vs. an electric fireplace?
It really comes down to what you want from the fireplace and what your space can accommodate. Gas is a great option if you are looking for a more traditional fireplace experience and want strong heat output. It does require a gas line, proper venting, and installation by a licensed gas fitter, so the layout of your home is an important part of the conversation.Electric fireplaces offer a little more flexibility. They do not require a gas line or traditional venting, which can make them a great choice for adding a fireplace to a room that never had one. Depending on the model, they can plug into a standard 120V outlet or be hardwired for 120V or 240V, with some models offering greater heat output when wired for 240V.
There is no wrong choice it just depends on how you want it. We can look at your space, talk through how you want to use the fireplace, and help you find an option that fits both your home and the look you are after.
How long does fireplace installation take?
It really depends on the scope of work involved in your project. A straightforward fireplace replacement in an existing opening can often be completed quickly once the unit has arrived. More complex projects, such as adding a fireplace where there wasn’t one before, or doing a full refacing that involves framing, venting, or electrical work, will naturally take longer and it all depends on the amount of work that needs to be done. Waiting on materials is often the bigger factor, we start once everything has arrived at our warehouse so the work can run straight through, and you will have a schedule for your project before we begin.
Is the fireplace installation covered by a warranty?
Yes, our installation work comes with a one-year warranty from our installers. The fireplace itself is covered separately by the manufacturer’s warranty through Napoleon. That warranty applies to the fireplace unit, while our one-year warranty covers the installation work we provide.
